We warmly welcome new students to Yamanashi Gakuin University!
On September 2nd, newly enrolled iCLA students joined the Yamanashi Gakuin University Fall 2024 Entrance Ceremony held in the Memorial Hall! The Entrance Ceremony was also attended by new students of the Faculty of Business Administration and Faculty of Law. The ceremony was joined by family and friends, as well as faculty members.
Yamanashi Gakuin University President Takako Aoyama delivered an inspiring welcome address in Japanese, English and Chinese, urging students to take charge of their futures. She encouraged both those who have already defined their goals and those still discovering their dreams to boldly pursue their paths. With enthusiasm, she expressed her excitement to witness the incredible futures that the new students will shape. The President officially admitted the Fall 2024 entrants to Yamanashi Gakuin University.
The Student Representative chosen from iCLA also delivered an uplifting speech, motivating students to embrace the exciting journey ahead as they navigate their new lives at university. He urged them to take on new challenges and seize opportunities, while also reminding them that support is available if they face difficulties along the way.
