In honor of the completion of undergraduate studies at Yamanashi Gakuin University/iCLA, we would like to invite you to the Yamanashi Gakuin University graduation ceremony.
Graduation Ceremony Details
*All times are listed in Japan Standard Time (JST)
Date: September 20, 2023 (Wednesday)
Time: From 10:00am
Venue: YGU Memorial Hall
*Graduates and families can enter the ceremony hall from 9:40am
*Please be seated by 9:55am
*The ceremony will last approximately 40 minutes
Regarding the Tea Party
After the graduation ceremony, a “Tea Party with Graduates” will be held in Student Lounge Y. This year, to celebrate your graduation, the President and faculty members from each department will join us to talk with the graduates. We hope you and your parents or guardians will be able to join us.
Returning your Student ID card
Your Student ID card will be collected on the day of the ceremony. Please remember to bring your Student ID card.
Regarding your attendance
Please inform us of your attendance or absence to the ceremony in advance by contacting the iCLA Administrative Office (icla.contact@c2.ac.jp). If students cannot be present at the ceremony, the graduation diploma will be posted to the students’ registered address on our system within one week after the ceremony.
