Regarding the Yamanashi Gakuin University March 2024 Graduation Ceremony
It is with great excitement and anticipation that we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our graduates. In honor of the completion of undergraduate studies at Yamanashi Gakuin University/iCLA, we would like to invite you to the Yamanashi Gakuin University graduation ceremony.
This year, the graduation ceremony will be held jointly with all departments and graduate schools with no restrictions.
Please inform us of your attendance or absence to the ceremony in advance by completing the online form sent to graduates. If students cannot be present at the ceremony, the graduation diploma will be posted to the students’ registered address on our system.
Please note that there are no waiting rooms or such facilities available on campus.

Time: From 10:00am
Venue: Furuya Kinendo
- We encourage the use of public transport as parking is limited.
- Graduates and families can enter the ceremony hall from 9:30am.
- Please be seated by 9:50am.
- The ceremony will last approximately 1 hour.
- Dress code: Please wear formal clothing such as Kimono, suit or traditional clothing from your own country.
